[Resolved]  Manashosting — Website not appearing in server designed by manas hosting

I have purchased a web design package from Manas hosting ... they have given me a log in portal where i have uploaded web content ... they created my website with the data given by me . Before completing the web design ... suddenly my website was not found in server ... Called design team with ticket ... they said its not their problem and diverted to technical team and asked me to raise another ticket i have contacted technical team ... they investigated and said they their server crashed and its customer responsibility to take files back up and they asked me to upload files ... but non of the person said me to take back up of the files what this people are referring ...please note the web design wasn't completed ... again I have contacted billing team ... ... am following like dog /... nothing happened from last 10 days ...
