Dear Mr. Police Commissioner of Mumbai, FIR No :504/14 dated 25/10/2014 section No 392/34 day saturday Around late night 12:30 AM, have launched a complaint at Maharashtra Mumbai Andheri East Police station next to railway sation. On behalf of my mother Shree. Varsha Mahesh Patel Aged :46, i Mr Manish Patel have launched a police complaint with your police station, me along with my family where on the way back to home from Andheri east going to ghatkopar west on the way back to house we were being followed by the robbers chain snatchers all the way which was not noticable by num o[censored]s. the chain snatchers just came from behind and without we even noticing they just gave hard blow on the chest of my mother and tried pulling the Mangalsutra weinging more than 3 grms. however my mother was hit hard as a result within the moment of time she was grounded by those thives and pulling the Mangalsutra, putting a deep unpleasure to the whole family. the guys seems to be young within the age group of 25-30 with a good mascular, we tried following then but within the fraction of seconds the fade away on pulsar 220.cc bike as we were unable to notice there bike number as wel. After a prolonged chase also we were unable to find them, then after we finally thought of taking help from the police but with a very dishearted we where treated by a police officially we would not launch a police complaint and even not treated politely after waiting for hours finally the police officer just took a formal complaint and asking all unwanted questinons not related to actual scenario and where being told will be called back as and when we will naab the thives. from that day onwards my mother all the wasy from ghatkopar to andheri station is continously travelling to see the iimprovement in the case, but once again she was not treated properly by officials over there. Dear Sir, you are over last source of action request you to please help us in getting my mothers ornaments brought from a very hard owned money. hopes for a postivie reply in this case.
