Manish — Uninor activated service without my permission and deducted money from my account | |||
Today (27/01/2015), I received a call from [protected] Song was playing in the background and I cut off that call by pressing RED Button. After cutting that call I received a Message "You have successfully activated Caller Tunes Service at Rs. 40. Your subscription is valid for 30 days". Now tell me in which world you subscribe by neglecting call ??? After that I called 198 from my phone and talked to Customer Care supervisors Dharmesh Solanki & Irfan. I explained everything to them and they have unsubscribe that unwanted service but haven't refund. Uninor staff is not supportive & they are giving different excuses. I asked for refund Rs. 40 but they were neglecting for refund. This is their system's fault not mine. I pressed RED button & cut that call, nevertheless their system activated Caller Tune. To subscribe a call person should press a button 1 to 9 but here I cut off that call and Uninor deducted money from my account without my permission. I use this mobile just to receive and make calls not to listen songs. I am not interested that other people listen caller tunes with my expenses. My question is why Uninor have deducted money from my account without my permission and activated that service ??? ??? Is this Uninor's policy to loot customers this way ??? Is this the way Uninor make profit ??? Is this the way company make fool to its customers ??? Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
