Manonmaniam Sundaranar University — Availing of duplicate certificate

I have appeared for professional mba through manonmaniam sundaranar university in the year 2013

However not got my degree certificate yet. I have joined the new bank, they are asking for the certificate.

Please help me.Incase if the same is been sent to my registered address, please provide the post details and also help me with process of availing duplicate certificate.

For reference find attached mark sheet and provisional certificate.
Attachment contains all the relevant details. Please help its the matter of career.

Further i have appeared the examination with the help of indian management institute, now all the numbers of that institute is not contactable.

I am stuck badly.
