Manonmaniam Sundaranar University — Marksheet & certificate not received after 2 year of clearing exams

I had enrolled for MBA-HR 2 years with MSU via an affiliated institute "Indian Management Institute" Mumbai[protected]. I had cleared all my exams in May'14 and had paid all my fees and other charges before exams. But I am still waiting for my mark-sheet and certificates. Institute is now not having any contact number, and on email they always try to postpone. Even at MSU nobody is answering any call even their Public Information Officer. I want my mark-sheet and certificates at the earliest
