[Resolved] Marg Swarnabhoomi — Not providing - Release of Lien | |||
I have booked a flat somewhere around October 2012. I was promised that the flat will be handed over by December 2013. I applied for a bank loan, who asked me to bring a "Release of Lien" from Marg since they have obtained a loan from their bankers, and without which they will not be able to release a loan for me. Every time I asked Marg, they say that it will be ready within a bank and adds that their person is already there in their bank and they will get it at anytime from then. Unfortunately this has dragged me for more than 6 months. I was told during my last visit in November 2013 that the flat will be handed over to me by June 2015. But, still they are unable to provide me the "Release of Lien". Was this information helpful? | |||

Marg swarnabhoomi-White color Cheaters. I have Booked in Utsav Project of Marg in 2010, whith agrement mentioned Delivery of the Flat in 2012. But until now nothing happened.And there is No proper Reply from Marg.And Non of the Comunication is Replied nor Acknowldged. Prepared to Join any Group, to Recover me Money.
They are not able to handover the Utsav flats since 3 years, though there is a quiet good development/ brick work is 70% complete and other key initiatives such as Four Season deferred from 2011 - apart from inauguration on 11/11/11 nothing is done yet.
Maha Utsav just the foundation is put up.
To complete all they need money, fools to invest and IT to occupy few buildings - which is not possible 65 kms away from city.
There is no co-ordination between flat owners, we need to fight against this to retrieve our hard earned money, it is OK for born rich folks
Please join AntiMarg group... we should teach lesson to GRK Reddy and his comrades :(
