i have my new car policy with maruti royal sundram and while purchasing the policy i was informed that i will be given cashless facility at any authorised maruti service center, but now when i wanted to claim for my car in lonavala at apollo repairing works, a maruti authorised service center .
but, when i requested for the claim i was told that there is no cashless facility available at this center you can tow your car to pune or panvel which is around 70 to 80 kms away from lonavala to avail cashless facility. Was this information helpful? |
