Maruti Insurance — Claim process

The above claim intimation * was done on aug 15th. The vehicle was picked up by maruthi service center on aug 22nd. Till date there has not been any update on the settlement.

Policy *

When i contacted the so called customer service number, first of all your service team did not know proper english. They were not able to locate the claim intimation * given to me when i called to report the loss. They said the claim was opened by the workshop only on sep 3rd, which was 19 days after intimation and 12 days after picking up the vehicle. What kind of a claim process are you having??? The support personal kept saying they don't have additional info they can not escalate the matter etc and kept repeating "you call at jeseem *803175" what kind of english language is that???

When i call jeseem *803175 (Who sat on the claim for 2 weeks and did not open the claim) he says he doesn't have any update and adjuster needs to call. It's been a month since the accident and i still don't have an alternate vehicle to do my day to day business and no updates what so ever at all...

Why did i pay the premium to maruthi insurance company??? I sure will never get your insurance in future and will make sure others are aware of how bad your service is and how slow you process the claims...
