Maruti Insurance — Non receipt of car policy

I regret to inform you that I have not received the policy copy of my vehicle Ertiga ZXI having No MH 12 KJ 2436 the policy renewal was due on 5th Nov 2014 the necessary payment is also made and after follow up with local dealer M/s.Chowgule Industries Ltd.Pune till date I have not received either soft or hard copy of it.
