Maruti Insurance — not allowing the case less benefit on car insurance policy - reg. | |||
We have purchased a Maruti Swift DZIRE from M/s. Vipul Motors, Jaipur on 19.11.2014 in the name of SHRI HARPHOOL SINGH BUDANIA, through CSD and got it insured from dealer (Insurance policy issued National Insurance company). Unfortunately, the said vehicle met with an accident on 27.12.2014 and got damaged. The Vehivle Registration No. RJ 14 CX 7927 HAS BEEN with Vipul Motors, Jhotwara workshop and has been repaired, but the workshop manager has refused to deliver the vehicle reasons best known to them.
