Maruti Insurance — Policy not done after paying amount on due date.

Dear sir,
I am very upsat by your poor service. I have paid money for insurance on due date 13.07.2016 for renewal of the policy. But i have not got my insurance policy yet. My swift dezire car reg no. Wb38ad6132. I have paid the money for insurance to swg car world durgapur west bengal. Without insurance i can not go anywhere. When i ask about the policy the misslead me and say this will take time. I paid amount on due date for not to lapse the policy but they willfully lapsed my policy. I kindly request you to do something. I am attaching the money reciept document with this e-mail please cheak.
