Maruti Insurance — verification call

Dear sir, I have applied for insurance renewal in maruti insurance for my vehicle no TN 73 E 8375, I paid money on[protected]. They called me for verification on[protected] but their voice is not audible so I told them to talk louder but their call got disconnected and received a message saying that call got disconnected and call u again. But till date I haven't received any verification calls from maruti insurance. My old insurance is valid till[protected] mid night only. Now I want maruti to call me for verification or return my money immediately so that I will renewal through some other insurance company. Regards Arunmozhi
