Maruti Suzuki — A.C not working in new car, all windows & steering making noise.

A.C. is not working in my new car which i purchase 5 months back. i have gone to the service centre at jamkash srinagar ( j&K). so many times but no body is listening.one week before i have complained but no response. also my windows & steering is making noise.
