I had an accident on the left side of my car and handedover my car for repair in Jayabheri Maddilapallem garage on 8th of November.

Service center said one week for complete repair but they have delayed for 3 weeks giving unrelavant reasons.

They have created whatsapp group which is of no use. During 3 weeks they have called me for 3 test drives to handover car which is unrepaired.

Query on speed limiter for Maruti Swift Dzire Tour (CNG)

Dear Team,

I would like to purchase a new Maruti Swift Desire Tour (CNG), for personal use, purely because i prefer the old shape of Desire and the new shape doesn't appeal to me.

However I am made to understand that it has a Speed Limiter installed into it. Can you please confirm, if this Speed limiter can be removed in case i plan to buy the car. If yes, please guide whom to contact for the same....

Non delivery of car ertiga petrol

I book new car eartiga CNG in mar 2022 in my car wakad, Pune Maharashtra. In Sep month I ask about delivery of my car showroom said that you have not entitled for CNG eartiga car bcs price is increase. I'm in defence and my rank was JCO. Regarding refund of excess amount paid (rs 324) by mistake to dealer

I booked spresso cng vxi but delivered spresso cng vxi (o). Did not give bill at the time of delivery. After 2 days given bill. Deal was done for 6, 23, 000 including 10, 000 discount and 20, 000 free accessories. But bill given is only for 6, 05, 000. Dealer is not refunding the amount difference.
Still did not give free accessories as well....

Charged for accessories which are not installed and not processing refund

While booking vehicle (Brezza ZXI+ 2022) we have paid for some accessories and dealer is not able to install them and charged us for the same without even being installed (Under Mat and Mud Flaps) they have updated the invoice as installed and when I was asking for refund no one is responding. the branch has been updated internally as accessories installed but it's not installed.
