[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — breaking issues

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Greetings,

This is regarding my ertiga, i have been servicing with pratham motors in queens road bangalore. i am really disappionted with the kind of response from the advisor. maruti service technician doesn know what to do and hence they tel me i ll have vibration while applting brakes when its reached 100. I told them whats the use of me paying 10lakhs and should not go above 100kmh. They are like it happens sir. hahaha, but maruti doesn't want to rectify but Do know to collect payment for service. i have my other cars too and foesn't have a problem like. i really will not recommend any of my family, relatives or colleagues to pratham maruti. its a waste of money and time too. apart than this there another problem too. Regarding tmc Vaccum valve, i used get some noise for few seconds after turning off the ignition. Again its common sir. I thought ok its common. When checked with friends car there was nothing like this so it was like that for 6 months and later i figured it out and told them and they like oh we need replace.
Thank god i have rectified this problems with bosch

Lets see wath is maruti capable of.

regards,
Shakeel

Dear Mr.Shakeel, Have you got the concern resolved? If not, could you please give a little information on the concern. You said the vibration happens while applying brakes at 100kmph. Could you tell me, do you feel the vibration on the brake pedal or on the steering wheel?Does the concern happen only while driving above 100kmph?What is your driving conditions - city, highway (long distances), rough terrain, hilly roads.Does the concern happen while harsh braking or do you feel it on gradual slowing down.Pl share...
