[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Complain against Bimal Auto Agency, adabari, guwahati for deficiency in servicing

Dear Sir,


It is to inform you that, my vehicle ( Maruti Swift Dzire bearing Regn. No. AS01MA 0594, Engine No. 1802263, Chassis No. 117884 ) serviced at Bimal Auto Agency, Adabari, Guwahati on 5th Mar’ 14. My vehicle was attended by Service Advisor Mr. Sultan. All defects such as left side front door problem, wheel sound & alignment problem, Break Adjustment, AC Chamber cleaning, Body Sound problems, proper washing & cleaning etc. etc. brief to him and accordingly he recorded the same for servicing . He give me a tentative budget estimate of Rs.12000/- and I agree to it. Though Bimal Auto Agency Adabari, is far away from my home, but still I went their expecting the best service for my vehicle . After servicing when I collected the vehicle from the dealer on 5th Mar ‘ 14, then I was told that they had carried out “ full service ” and diagnosed the problems and had put these right. They have raised a bill of approximate Rs.11000 /- ( Rupees Eleven Thousand Only ) and same was paid to them.


On 6th Mar ‘ 14, i.e.; after 1 day of servicing, the vehicle develop with same faults i.e.; left side front door problem, wheel sound & alignment problem . Moreover vehicle was not properly wash & clean by Bimal Auto Agency. I never expect this type of service lapse from such a reputed Car Dealer like Bimal Auto Agency / Adabari. Regarding the servicing at this dealer, all they care about is how to extract as much money as possible from the customers. I am really harassed by Maruti Dealer Bimal Auto Agency / Adabari, Guwahati. I am feeling really miserable and regretting the day I planned to buy the Maruti Vehicle from Bimal Auto Agency / Adabari.


For all my concerns at this dealer ( Bimal Auto Agency / Adabari, Guwahati ), I had tried my best to escalate the matter, but all their department executive / managers are so busy that they will never take any action on my concerns . Even their customer care is also so busy with their daily dealings that after listening to my concerns they have continue to avoid my calls. On 13th Mar’ 14 once again some one from Bimal Auto Agency called up from Mobile No. [protected] and took my feedback regarding my vehicle service experience. At that time also I have raised my problems . But despite my repeated complains there was no communication from Bimal Auto Agency for solving my problems !!! Hence I shall compel to write my complain to you .


I hope I have explained all concerns to you, it can be a small thing for your service centre but for me it is a promise which is not delivered. However, now I would suggest my friends & relatives not to buy any Maruti Car from Bimal Auto Agency / Adabari.


At last request you to address my concern at the earliest, else I shall be compel to take legal assistance for my problems or lodge complain with Consumer Court.
