Dear sir/madam. i have done booking of above car with referred showroom.on 03/Nov./15. as per verble promise & order booking, i was to vehicle delivered on 22\Nov.\2015. but there was no intimation about delivery n when we went to showroom, we were told that as there is a problem with the manufacturing unit, the vehicle will be delivered tentatively after two to three weeks. sir i m your old customer. as you check in your record, i had SX4 ZDI, esteem lxi. i had high respect n was proud to have your product. but this type of reply was heart my feelings n respect for the company. please look in the matter n reply me soon as i may have to cancelled the order n go for Honda or such company product. thank you very much. prabhakar naik.
