Maruti Suzuki — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CELERIO ZXI

I purchased car Maruti Celerio ZXI CHASIS NO, 00206393 against invoice no. VSL15000434 from Rohan Motors Ltd Noida through Canteen Stores Department.I deposited the full amount and received a local supply order from Canteen Stores Department area depot Lucknow on 7 April 15 after after having received availability certificate of Celerio ZXI glistening grey colour on 4 Apr 15 from Rohan Motors.As my old car Alto LXI had got stolen, I needed the car urgently. Immediately on receipt of supply order I approached Rohan Motors for delivery of the car.I was assured by the salesman that the car will be delivered with in a few days. But in spite of repeated reminders to sales person, sales manager and General Manager, the car was delivered to me on 24 May 15 only. There was discount of Rs 15000/- for the month of Apr 15 and Rs 5000/- in the month of May 15 on this car. So I was given discount of Rs 5000/- and not 15000/- which I would have got had I got the delivery on time as per the availability certificate. When I approached the General Manager for discount of Rs 15000/-, he showed his inability Beside inconvenience due to undue delay in delivery of the car, I am being made to suffer a monetary loss of Rs 10000/-
