Dear Sir/ Madam, Me Akash N working in Syndicate Bank had booked a CIAZ vehicle in your KALYANI Motors showroom in Bangalore.Without receiving the documents and even without my consent the loan was released and your people dint even know that the loan was released.Later after I did cancellation the loan was not cancelled and for that I had to serve 16830/-RS as charges for no payment of loan in SBI banagirinagar branch. Worst customer service this is..25 times I have visited the Showroom but nothing has happened. Ur so called CGM(Shetty) doesn't even know what is the issue and says he can't do anything.While we were spking he just got up and walked. Ur Finance manager (Cahrles) speaks at his high voice as though he is doing some favour.The problem with ur team which had taken this up and made me pay charges. I want atleast you to take a call on this or else we will start a campaign against your kalyani motors across bangalore.I want this issue to be resolved immediately.First go through the problem and then see what is my mistake in that.Being an Indian brand this was not expected of you.I mean this and I want the resolution immediately.Ur CGM no : [protected] Thanks Akash [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
