Maruti Suzuki — Extremely bad behavior from kataria navsari-somebody Mr.Arpit and staff. | |||
I am Mita Solanki. customer of Ritz car.I have Maruti company's insurance.It was about ac and some denting painting problem. the service is really bad and the job is not properly done.I am a reputed person and I run my own school.Somebody Mr.Arpit had sent 2 criminal minded person without any Id proof at my school.We have never denied to pay the amount. first do the job properly. We have already came three times to pay the bill but some people like Mr.Hitesh and Juned misbehaved not only with my husband with me also as a lady they have misbehaved very badly not only that they are not ready to understand us the costing of our car's service giving the reason that we don't have time and now when we are busy in school they are harassing us. More than 40 days our car was in service for 1 week work only they have not left a single chance to Harras us.We are customer of Maruti for last fifteen years this is our third Maruti car but now due to this unbearable behaviour of kataria we will never bought maruti's car. Provide your contact number of any responsible person of your company this just the summary of the whole matter they have done many bad things which is unbearable for any customer. Do the needfull.
