Maruti Suzuki — Got cheated by Maruti motors Mangalore

Have purchased brand new car Ertiga VDI from mandovi motors mangalore on march 28, 2014, but company has deliverd one year old car (i.e manufature date 2013). I got to know about this when i checked the chasis number which has 21 st digit as 'D' instead of 'E'. This is purely cheating and not intimated while purchasing the vehicle. When contacted company they are just showing the manufacture date printed in RC which is Jan 2014(not sure how this happened, when the chasis number clearly shows it is a 2013 manufactured vehicle. I need 2014 manufactured vehicle as purchased in 2014 march.. I dont want to use old vehicle at the price of new vehicle.. Name: abdul asif Ph: [protected] Reg no: ka19 ME 1431
