I own Maruti Swift bearing No AP10 AQ 7575 (Chasis No:MA3FKEB1S00378134K8) which has run 1.3 lac Kms.
On 18th July'15 noon after running 180 Kms my vehicle struck (Gear problem) at Warangal (Telangana).I approached the local Maruti Service station (Adarsha Motors Warangal), they have replaced the clutch...& handed over on the same day at 06:30 after paying Rs10500/-.After which I drove 500 Kms, reaching Hyd.In the mid of traffic again my vehicle struck with same problem.I have taken the car to RKS Motors (Maruti Authorised), they said the clutch has problem & has replaced clutches, bushes, bearings, Gear box...
RKS Motors claim that, I have to pay complete amount irrespective of previous services, for which I want claim from Adarsha Motors to be responsible & compensate the amount for the services which had to be done second time just after running 500 Kms.
Note: Adharsha hasn't handedover the old spares against the replaced spares.
I received a call from RKS stating the vehicle is ready for delivery on 24th July'15 evening.RKS raised a bill of Rs 17000/- (app).
I request your intervention & clear the matter & compensate the expenses made through Adarsha, who did do proper service to my vehicle. Was this information helpful? |
