Hi,
I had booked a baleno car from shivam autozone india pvt ltd, andheri east, mumbai on 21st feb 2016 and the waiting period was told to be 3 months at the time of booking. Now when i have checked with them if i will be able to get my car delivered in may since the 3 months waiting period will be over, i am being told that the delivery is not confirmed and they cant tell when the delivery can be done exactly. This is ridiculous, are the companies just taking initial booking amount to earn interest on it or is it that they are trying to upsell/cross sell their higher priced models, as s-cross is available at next week delivery. The manufacturer is saying that they have started exporting and thus its not available for indian customers, then why launch a car in india if they cant deliver it. I am not looking at a refund, i demand a faster delivery of the car or let the manufacturer pull the model from indian market. This is complete mental harassment as i had been waiting all this while for the car to be delivered and now even if i decide to buy some other manufacturer car i will have to wait for a certain waiting period again.
I demand faster delivery of the car or else maruti should pull out baleno from india.
