Maruti Suzuki India — Continuous gear problem with a brand new ciaz vxi | |
Sir, I am new customer of your above mentioned car, from the date of purchase it has a problem with the gear, sai service center assured me that problem will be solved during the service time however they failed to do so, still i am having the gear problem, it was told me by the service center on 05.01.16 at the time service, they assured that the part will be replace i.E., entire gear how-ever they fooled me nothing has been replaced they put some temporary arrangement, now the gear problem still prevail. If your service is in casual manner we have no other option but take appropriate action against your company and the service center for deficiency in service of your above faulty product. It is a serious nature that such vehicle will cause not only damage but also the life of my entire family who use such vehicle. Chase no.114621, engine no. 7054095, sai dealer: vg01, vehicle no.
