I buy i maruti suzuki ciaz vdi(o) in dt;-23-3-16 & the delar says to me your rto complate in 7to8 days but the rto not complate in after 1 month & i paid road side penalty in a month is about 5000rs so please tell me what can i do? i was back me car or go to grahak seva & claim ti company so please give me proper gaidenss to me plz...
