Maruti Suzuki India — Payment not received from car dealer

I brought alto 800 car from muneer cars, hospet, karnataka . Exchanged my old vehilcle ( matiz ) for 38000 rupees and i have given all the required documents on 20 october 2015. I paid full payment for the new car but i didn't get refund for exchanged car . Showroom people has informed me that they will send the amount by RTGS, still after 1 month they are not giving proper reasons to hold my money.
