Maruti Suzuki India — Technical problem in my car.

Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to your company about a problem with my ecco car, a 2010 eight seater model. Last week when i travel in my car the malfunctioned light has been appear and when i take the car to maruti service center they tell me that the egr of your car has been failed. 2 or 3 years ago i had already changed this part, which is so costly (Approx. 14000). How i can accepted that these costly parts has cheap quality. I believe that this occurred because of a cheap part of company, and i will never pay again for this. I am asking that your company cover of the require repair or i will go to the consumer court for sort out of this matter. So please this is humble request to you check the problem and give me a revert as soon as required. Details of vehicle are as follows:
