Maruti Suzuki India — Towing | |||||
My name is Arun sinh from Gujarat and I have swift car with GJ06DG4113 registration number. My car was damaged due to the accident on 3rd dec around 7:30 pm on Kalol-Shamlaji highway in Gujarat. I called on customer care number for towing service and complaint has been accepted and registered. Complaint id is 1062529. Customer representative told me that please wait for 10-15 mins, I have forwarded details to local maruti authorised dealer for towing help. They will call back to you in 10-15 mins. If you can't believe I passed whole night on highway, there was around 12 degree temp and stormy cold night. I did not got any call from towing department. I got a call in the morning from customer care and they was asking me like did you got a call from our service provider even I did not received any call. Again, i call second call after few minutes and asking me same question. It was more than 16 hours after accident and I did not any call for towing service from any local service provider. Even my accident place was only 20 kms away from godhra, gujarat and 10 kms away from lunavada gujarat. Finally I took a private towing services and managed my work. This is really pathetic and frustrating service. I am still writing this complaint believing that somewhere in the organization there will be a team who will value the customer and address his concerns.
