Maruti Suzuki India — Unethical behaviour & delay in servicing | |||
Sir i am having maruti astar registered in the year june 2011no mp 28 c 6674.On 12/04/2016 i faced starting trouble in my car . After a gap of 15-20 minutes the car was automatically off. I rushed to kunal motors service station for the servicing .The attendent enquired about the problem and told me "gadi chhodna padegi" 2-3 din lagenge .I left my car on 13/4/2016.On 15/4 16/4 and 18/4 igot same reply 'dekh rahen hain problem samagh men nahi aaraha hai.On 19/4 i personally visited the workshop and seen my car was opened from here and there and stand parked unattended .One mr imran told me please arrange 5 ltr petrol for further investigations .I done it immediately.But i rather surprised that they have not even traced the cause of fault.I stayed there for 6to 8 hours and witness the various experiment was going on with my car but the result was zero.In the meanwhile one of the representative came to me and offered me "to exchange vehicle he filled up a form & took vehicle details.At last he praposed a value of rs 130000. Irefused his praposal & told to mechanic please complete my car at earliest he assured me to complete the work tommorrow.I contacted the mechanic anis on telephone on 20/4 but no result.On 21/4 i again i visited the workshop and shocked to see "the engine was opened and the other parts were scattered abruptly some parts were used for the repairig of other vehicles..I annoyed to see the scene then workshop manager mr pawar came to me and got the details. Idemanded the job card copy for complaint purpose they proide me.Manager has requested me to give me one day more i will do it tommorow on 22/04 i will inform you positively. Sir my problem is still as it was i have no information from there side I presume that the situation is fabricated for the exchange.& that i could be prepare after some more harrasment .This is all the facts of kunal motors chhindwara. Kindly arrange to see the matter & enquire closely the facts try to find the remedy to recover my loss. I have received a call from kunal motors just now informing me "your car is ready" we have changed the fuel pump, engine oil, coolent etc. The total bill is something rs. 12200/-. This indicates clearly cheating with me . I have already requested them on 23rd apr. "whenever you get the fuel pump & start reparing my car please call me . Show me the spare part, change the oil and coolent in my p[resence, because you people has lost the trust & confidence.Now tell me "hoe can they proove the work has been done sincerely . This is why i am confused, because this position arised only after 15 mts of lodging complaint to you sir'''''''', , , , , , , ?
