My name is Rakesh and I have purchased a wogon R VXI in june 2014. My car number is RJ 14 CW 3659 and my mobile no. is [protected].I am a regular customer of maruti since 2008. It is known for customer satisfaction rather than profit making but today i think i am wrong. They are focusing only profit maximisation. My car is very good in driving but recently i faced a problem with maruti sales dealer. In june 2015 my last service was due and i went there and delivered my car for service. At that time there is no scratch on cars bonet and roof but when i received my car after service what i saw that there is two spot on cars bonet and one on roof. when i noticed this then there attended gave me a stupid reason that this is not our fault it is from your side.
They denied to do anything in this case. further when i complaint to maruti customer care vide complaint No.Case Number-[protected] they ensure me that my problem will be resolved within two days but still there is no solution for me.
