In continuation to our telephonic discussion since May 05th, 2015 post the accident of my car HR01X2040 near Sirhind (Punjab), wherein in emergency i have to park my accidentalvechical at Om Motors at Ambala Cantt (Haryana), wherein the claim has been intimated byOm motors. But because of some mishappeningin family of Om Motorsthe shop ofOm motors remained closed on May 6th, 2015 and hence i have picked up the vehicle in presence of Mr rajeev (Om Motors owner) to Ekansh Wheels -Saha (Ambala Cantt) on May 07th, 2015 for the faster repair of the vehicle.
The vehicle (Wagon-R HR01X2040) has been handed over to Ekansh wheels on May 7th, 2015 but till today the Ekansh is unable to intimate the claim in their system because of the pop message quoted " Claim already eneterd on the date of accident", whichi assume might be because ofthe claim intimated by Om Motors.
Pls confirm that the claim intimated by Om Motors has been deleted from your side or not. So that claim intimation can be done by Ekansh wheels so that the work can be intiated faster.
Requested to pls confirm the same asap, as its already too delayed.
