Maruti Suzuki — Major Manufacturing defect in engine of Swift VXI

Hi, I(Swati Khare) bought a new Maruti Suzuki swift vxi, one of the trusted vehicles in the market, on 7 June 2015 from KTL PVT. LTD.(R-Squre Complex, Opposite SRS City Mall, Vipul Khand-6, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-226010). My vehicle is in brand new condition, my First service was done on 7 july 2015 and I went out of India from 14 july 2015 to 9 Aug 2015 so the vehicle was standing in my house for this time period. Today when I came back I took out the vehicle to go out in the city I had driven nearly 2 kms from my house then suddenly on the high way a noise came and I saw heated fumes so I quickly parked my swift and came out and saw the engine oil was flowing out from the engine so I called the KTL workshop in lucknow and toe chained my vehicle to the workshop. I was shocked with this type of casualty happening in a much trusted brand. I was travelling with my wife the accident could have been major one if I would have been travelling at high speed This is not at all acceptable from maruti suzuki If anything would have happened to me and my wife only maruti suzuki would have been responsible . The guys in the workshop are saying that the whole oil chamber and block has been damaged in the blast My swift was a new one and never had an issue in the past 2 months but this issue is the major one. This could put a question on the maruti's brand value and trust that peole have on maruti. I would like to request you to look into this issue very seriously and on high priority I would not accept this faulty repaired swift, no one knows next time It can blast at high speeds also and could cause severe damages to my life and passengers travelling in it . Please replace this faulty, defective swift with a new one as We do not want to drive a life threatening car any more . I have attached the screen shots of vehicle.
