Respected sir, Before putting up my Request I would like to Apprise with few facts for your kind Consideration:- With Due Respect I NILESH N SABLE, I have Purchased Maruti Eeco 5str. Cng Ac Htr, Reg.no.-MH 03 BS 2966, Chassis no.-MA3ERLF1S00357374, Dated -07/08/2014, from Spectra Motors Ltd Malad west -Mumbai. I have observed malfunctioning warning malfunction & jerking problem error, indicating some problem. I visited Car shop and shared problem with them, as per their suggestion I gave car for service but after service of the car problem remains same, at every time of the service they are promising that this will be solved. Now since a long time I am doing follow up with Spectra Motors Ltd and I am really fed up of repeatedly telling the same issue to the dealer. The warranty of my vehicle is also going to expire soon after that what?????? Till now I have given for Seven services but the problem remains same. Details of the Service is as followed. Dear Vikas ji,
As per our discussion with you & Mr Sharma ji in your Service Center Malad on Dated 16th may, we have surrendered the said car to M/s. Spectra Motors Ltd, Malad & we want you to repay full purchase value of the car at the earliest.
We are still waiting for your Positive Reply otherwise, on 22nd may will launch a compliant in consumer court against the company and the dealer.

This is with reference of our earlier talk regarding your vehicle feedback of" Engine not starting " Due to stater not taking self on dated 11th of this month.
We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
As per your feed back engine not starting on road we received, We sent our MOS for assistant & engine started with the help of Jump cable which we found Battery in discharged condition.
We recharged the Battery on 12th & resolved the starting issue.Now battery is fully charged & Engine is getting started by good self.
We request you to collect the vehicle delivery to avoid delay.

We are now tired of doing complaints every now and then and taking our car to service station again and again so we demand that the entire engine should be replaced in our car.

If we dont get the entire engine replaced we will legally file charges against the company in the Consumer Court.
