[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Maruti Ertiga VDI Engine Replacement

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to bring to your notice regarding an unsatisfactorily purchase from your dealership company. On 7/01/2013 i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership company [Model : MARUTI ERTIGA VDI BS IV, with REG# KL31E8004, Chassis no: 156985, Engine no: 2015923 from AVG MOTORS LTD Thiruvalla, Kerala ] Unfortunately the vehicle has not been satisfactory because at the time of first service (1000 Kms ) itself an oil leak was observed at the engine bottom cover and the mechanic cleaned it for further observation and maintained the engine oil level. At second service also the oil leak was noticed which again the mechanic cleaned and returned the vehicle. After the third service i asked the supervisor to check the engine oil leakage and the same problem was communicated to the Kochin Regional Manager of Maruti, Kerala. Then the leak was repaired by replacing the paper gasket of the bottom tank with liquid gasket, also replaced oil pump and pump side gasket with liquid gasket heavily, which means that the engine is having complaint. I am very sorry to inform that i am not at all satisfied with this work done and the services provided for a newly bought MARUTI ERTIGA even after the continuous communications with the Kochin Regional Manager of Maruti regarding the replacement of existing engine with a new engine. I kindly look forward to settle this matter at the earliest . If however the matter is not satisfactorily resolved within one month i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint legally.
