Maruti Suzuki — maruti swift vxi windglass

I purchase maruti swift vxi on 2014 april ..after coming of mansoon my car have some problem during night drive...When light coming from opposite side some obstructions like wax coating...due to this i cant drive carefully...and its very dangerous...so i goto popular maruti service center and said it...and they check and told to polishing(etching) the windglass ...and they charged 1200Rs(about two weEk from the purchase) to me...but after this no changes in issue(only the change is i can see water dance in my wind glass :-P)...i can't drive my swift during night time...so pls help me to take further action Mob-[protected]
