I purchased the SWIFT DZIRE VDI car on 27/03/2015 from MODERN AUTOMOBILE AMBALA CITY.On that day I scratch the coopen and I scored coopen amt .1100/-. They told me that they will give me accessory of this scratch coopen in the next week due to shortage of accesory material. They also promise to give me best quality MATS of SWIFT DZIRE extra from this coopen amt.
After that I approached to MODERN AUTOMOBILE several time.But they refuse to give my coopen amt 1100/- material and good quality mats.They also misconduct.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM SOON

ON that day I SCRATCH the coupon and win 1100/- .Salesman Mr. Dharmpal told us that I can take accessory from this winning amount.Sales man also promised me that he will give me best quality mats of MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE VDI extra from this winning coupon amount. ON DATED 27/03/2015 evening when I delivered my car he said that due to the stock shortage he will give me accessory of this winning coopen1100 /- and best quality mat extra in the 1st week of APRIL 2015. After that I contact several time to MODERN AUTOMOBILE for my winning coupon amount accessory and for mats.But they refused and misconduct.Sir please look into the matter and resolve the problem.
