Dear Concern,
My brother bought a Maruti Alto in the month of december'13. On 29th of may'14 he was returning from Tarapith, west bengal suddenly a SUV overtaken him speedily and he got disbalance and hit a roadside tree. As the crash was so hard all the 5 members and a Kid sitting in the car got insane. As per the local people the car caught fire in the bonnet thank God the local people take them out of the car. Within 5 minutes the car got busted and all the injured persons were shifted to nearby hospital.
My concern is this as it is a 6 month old car and it got busted through fire than we should get a new car from the company as there must be some fault as how it got fire.
Another thing is that the insurance company is giving me only Rs.220000 as cover. I am still
