Maruti Suzuki — New car purchased 15 days before but registration not done in authority till date

Dear sir, I have purchased a new swift dzire on 05/01/2015 from Bagga link kotla mubarak pur new delhi, but till date my car is not registered in authority as I have done many correspondence with them but they have regularly postponed me to a next date. Kindly look into the matter . Thankyou
