[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Non confirmation of date of delivery by dealer

Dear Sir, I was booked a New Maruti Suzuki Swift VXi (White colour) on 10th Dec 2014. I was paid cash advance of Rs.10, 000 to Bhargavi Automobiles, Nellore, AP. Receipt no.04414 Dealer assured me to deliver the vehicle end of dec 2014. When I was calling to dealer for confirmation of delivery date, He was telling other stories like: 1. Petrol version have no production due to factory shutdown 2. He insist me to take other colour (other than white). 3. He insist me to take Diesel version. 4.If I wait for pertrol version, I have to wait longer period and pay upto Rs.30, 000.How can I beleive such unbeleivable things from Nellore maruti dealer? Therefore, you are kindly requested to intervene into the matter and take appropriate action against dealer.
