[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Non receipt of Car after one month of booking

Kind Attn: Customer Care Manager, Maruti Suzuki New Delhi Dear Sir, I am a CSD (defence) customer, I am not happy with the services and out look i received last one month as CSD customer. The chronology of events are given as under. However, I am not writing it with negative connotation. 2.Booked the swift (colour glistering Grey) on 15 Jun14 with adv Rs.5000/- 3. Submitted DD of Rs. 4, 27, 181 on 26/06/14 to CSD Lucknow depo thro' SBI loan. 4. Hand over the Local supply order AFD-1 ( No. LS1800879 dated 26/06/2014) to m/s SB car Kanpur on 27/06/14. 5. I am waiting for the car till date, & loaning bank is interested to know in writing the reason of delay as 1 st EMI has already been started. 6 Moreover, due to untrustable reasons & change of Dly dates from time to time by dealer, & accordingly me with the bank, lead to mistrust with the bank. 7. M/s SB Cars, Dealer was informing me that cars production has been halt by Maruti company due to expected change of excise duty from 1st Jul 14 or due to budget & glistering grey colour. So they have no fault for delay in supplying the car. 8. In view of above, pl let me know if dealer was telling me the truth or making story out of it due to some other reasons, 9. pl also advice the dealer to be fair with CSD customer & deliver the car at the earliest & compensate the interest loss without any of my fault.
