Maruti Suzuki — Parts issue s cross | |||||
I am again raising issue against Maruti Suzuki for not having parts available for S Cross. I have already raised one complaint on 9th January with compalint ID 1207974 regarding the same. Now for my Car DL2CAU8796 Maruti S cross Zeta again after the running close to 12000 the problem happens when my Gear Wire Breaks down. My Car has just came from body shop on 14th January from TR Sawhaney Badli Motors, Delhi and this problem cope up. On 28th January when my gear wire braked down they told me that the wire is not available anywhere in the City and it will take around 10 days to get the desired stock. I do not understand with such a big manufacturer who is differentiating between their premium customer and average customers why this problem comes up. Everytime their service centres end up saying that they do not have appropriate stocks. This is lack of customer interest from Maruti's end. I believe i ended up taking a wrong car. if anything happens to me or my Car during this 10 days waiting period then who will be held responsible for the same. Last time also due to non availability of parts my car came out of Body Shop after 19 days. Please requests you to change my car if you cannot offer Service/ Parts for S Cross. I blieve that is the only reason why Maruti has started putting Discounts on this Variant. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i gave back the car to dealer itself they have taken the car to service center initially and gave back with open job card still waiting for parts . i have reported this issue in 700 kms itself that's just weak time i got delivery .
i face a serious break down issue in gear box on high way, they wanted only repair and give it to me they are still doing the repairs when ever i give my gar for service regarding this issue for more than 5 times in this 7 months and work shop people will give me back after 10- 15 days in garbage condition every time they break some thing or the other & scratches dents alover the engin console and front side walls of car while repairing .every time service center say they are still expecting some parts to come once its arrived will call for service . mean wile the car also got into accident because of gearbox failure my self my family are not safe in this car . .. u know they kept my car for more than 2 months around 75 days in service station itself .
and all service centers are clean in taking the car for service for only the free km service coupons
i don't know what to do with this kind of people and the car .i have all proofs still my complain is open only. customer care or officials have no words just keeping silence.
i have not showed my anger also with them i was believing maruti will take care of this issue as days goes now but i lost hope
