Maruti Suzuki — Pathetic Service and Grievance Redressal | |||
MSSD Naraina (owned by Maruti Suzuki) are cheating customers. Their technical services are comparable to local street mechanics and pricing is the highest. Nuts/bolts/spares/speakers were stolen from my vehicle during service. Complaints remained unaddressed during service and money was charged. Complaint (Service of Wagon R : DL3CZ 8622 N1A CRM:[protected] was raised over 2 months ago and Mr. Gupta and A.S. Sidhu (Territory Manager) continue to ignore my reminders.
