Dear Sir,
I have given my Maruti Swift VDI Bearing registration No.DL3CCJ0234 at Maruti Service masters, F39, Okhla Industrial Area Phase -II, New Dlehi - 1100020 on Saturday, 15.11.2014 for the First service. The vehicle is given at 9:30 AM and returned to me at 11:30 AM.
When the vehicle is returned after service I have noticed that no cleaning is done either inside or outside. Further to my checking I could find that abnormal sounds from the doors as well as from elsewhere from the vehicle.
I have immediately contacted the service manager as well as the service adviser. To my surprises, they informed me that, we could not check the vehicle during the delivery.
I have given my car to service masters because, I thought that I will get a reliable and good service. But it is a very bad experience for me and I have been using Maruti vehicle since last many years. If the service at a Maruti owned service is like this, how can one give their vehicle to a service dealer.
May I request you to kindly know, how such an irresponsible and poor service can be rendered by a top most automobile company which has a high reputation.
I would appreciate you to inform me about the corrective action as well as what best you can ensure me a good service.
