Maruti Suzuki — Poor service quality at sai service erragadda

Poor service by sai service. No punctuality in pick up and delivery timings. Damage to car by mechanics and hiding by paint touch up. No action on the complaints mentioned in the job card. Took them 6 days for normal 1 paid service. Totally disappointed by the service provided. They are simply spoiling maruti name and customer mood.
