[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — regardin complaint of product | |||
Dear All, This is with the reference to incidence happened with me on dated 26/11/2014. i am using maruti Suzuki swift dzire. i bought it on 03/03/2014. while traveling outside car got stuck with an animal and got fully damaged the car was moving on its normal speed but suddenly an animal stuck in my car in that mean time air bags of car need to be open to prevent us but our bad luck because the air bags of car did not work at that time. if i am spending huge amount for buying luxury car one of the major reason for that is safety. before buying the car when i visits the showroom the sales man told me if by bad luck car met with accident its air bags got opened and provide us safety if this type of negligence is happening in brands like maruti in new cars then what will i expect in future. it shows maruti is nothing in its service matters. after all that my question arise who will compensate for the whole as maruti suzuki is totally liable for all this physical loss to both car and persons traveling in the car at that mean time. i send this mail for expecting all required compensations from maruti suzuki as the same was technical fault in new car. below attached the copy of bill and photographs of car after met with accident feel free to contact expecting good response thanks and regards usha ahuja [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
