[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Regarding NOC of HDFC Bank by dealer

I have sent this letter to HDFC but the Bank is officer are stating that your dealer has to follow the proper procedure and do not come to us, Respected sir I m facing to much inconvenience as my car loan was already sanctioned from TVS, but the cheque is not given to me as NOC of HDFC is not given to me, Hence do the needful immediately. I have attached the copy of letter as below :- REQUEST LETTER To, HDFC Bank Ltd Pune Applicant :- Mr. Bhagwat Narayan Chavan, Residing At :-Flat No. 403, B wing, Navkar Pride, Plot No. 144 / D, Sector No. 11, Near Spine Road Over Bridge, Mercedez Benz Chawk, Chikhali-Pradhikaran, Pune 411 019. Date of Birth :- 10/10/1975 Mobile No. [protected] / [protected] Subject :- Request for NOC for Remove Hypothecation…, Respected Sir, I have purchased the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz VDI, four wheeler vehicle bearing registration No – MH 14 EP 6162, colour – S. White, Engine No- D13A 2442299, Chasis No.- MA3EXEB1S00103349 on 21/11/2014. That I further state that I have applied to loan for car loan to your bank and accordingly hypothecation is entered in the RC book of said vehicle, but due to the negative verification of residential address loan is rejected. That your bank due to the above mentioned reason does not given a car loan to me, but your hypothecation is mentioned in RC Book of said vehicle and accordingly My car (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. is issued letter to your bank to remove Hypothecation on said vehicle dated 19/12/2014. I further submit I do not taken any loan from your bank, hence issue NOC to remove your hypothecation / charge on said vehicle. Please do the needful immediately as I have taken loan on said vehicle from other bank and loan cheque is also drawn in my favor, but same is not handed over to me as your NOC is required for to remove your charge / hypothecation on said vehicle.
