[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — regarding the spare parts

sir the maruti service station taradevi shimla h.p.owned by goyal motors are doing faulty work. They basically take parts from damaged cars and put them in new cars whch comes for any servicing. i caught them red handed doing all this. also the employess there are not civilised at all. they donot know how to talk to customers and they way of talking is very poor. Also they will call for feedback evrytime and when i award any points to them (from 10 say 8) they just force us to change ratings so that they can get appreciation. so its my kind duty to inform to you and please take necessary steps against them with properly taking care of the employees way of talking.
