This feedback is regarding the complain of the Service quality which was done with my Car I have got my car repaired from MG Motors Alwar Service Center Here the quality of Denting and Painting work is so pathetic that even it does not look that it has been done in any of the company service center Even the body color is not good for which they have charged around 35000 Thirty Five Thousand Rupees and even after service rather then removing the scratch I have got more scratch on my car even on the same side where they have done the Painting work even the new gates which got changed are also having the colour difference which is really pathetic and by seeing the quality of work done by this service cernter anyone can easily say that this is really very cheap and bad work they have done I am not at all satisfied with the quality of work even after completion of this work The Music System and Security Locking which were working fine earlier are not working now Would like if anyone can visit the car and see the actual condition after the work done Even I have shown the same complain points to the GM at that center but after doing some patchy work still the problem could not resolved Was this information helpful? |
