[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — slow response from the Showroom for Registration Process | |||
I had bought Maruti Suzuki Swift VDi on[protected] from Pankaj Motors, Moga Punjab. In the process of purchase it was said that the Showroom will look after the Registration process and as per the process it should have been completed after 1 month of purchase. But i got the papers on 30th of Oct with continous feedback. During this process i enquired from RTO office that if my papers have been submitted and on 19.09.2014 i got to know that the papers have not been submitted yet. Then after forcing the showroom officials they said that it is in process. This i got to know from other consumers there as well that it is repeated problem. Kindly look into the matter.
