[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Sub:- Grievance related to my vehicle servicing (bearing the vehicle no-OR-29(B)1111 ) repair reference no-JC14009769

I would like to bring to your notice that I have given my vehicle bearing vehicle no- OR-29(B)1111 on last 24th November, 2014 at the servicing unit of Sky Automobiles, Cuttack . On 3rd December, one Mr. Dhananjaya, the service advisor of your company, telephoned me and informed that the vehicle is completely ready for deliver and asked to receive it from your company on Thursday. But, due to some personal problem, I intimated him that I would go to receive my vehicle on Friday (5th December).Later, I too failed to receive my vehicle on Friday and asked him to send my vehicle through your servicing staff and I will pay the amount, spent in repairing of my vehicle, here in Kendrapara. Mr. Dhananjaya told to me to send the amount to the company bank account. But, unfortunately the bank account number has been received through SMS from Mr. Dhananjaya on Saturday afternoon (1 pm ) and I deposited the required amount of Rs 26, 000 (spent for repairing of my vehicle) on that day .As Mr. Dhananjaya failed to confirm whether the amount was credited to the comapny account or not, so he avoid to deliver the vehicle by sending your staff on saturday. I too failed to get my vehicle on Monday(8th December) due to some billing problem occurred from your side . On Tuesday(9th December ), My vehicle has been sent with one of your staff for delivering it at Kendrapara. When I received my vehicle at Kendrapara on Tuesday, I unearthed that one of my new tyres, that was used as stand by(step-in) got severe crack and damaged as a result I returned my vehicle through your staff, who came to deliver it, by not receiving it . First of all your company failed to deliver my vehicle in time, secondly one of my new tyres has been exchanged and a damaged one has been kept as stand by . So I am mentally depressed following such act of a renowned automobiles company, that got a good name in the country . So, I would request you to do the needful in this regard and to compensate me .
